Cookie Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026Version 2026-10-14-draftPDF
This Cookie Policy explains how Clientor, doing business as Clientor.ai and C2R ("Clientor", "we"), uses cookies and similar technologies on clientor.ai, c2r.ai and the C2R.ai (Clientor) dashboard, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software development kits. We call all of these "cookies" in this Policy. Some are set by us (first-party); others are set by service providers we use (third-party).
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: needed for the Sites and dashboard to work and be secure, such as keeping you signed in, protecting forms against abuse, remembering your cookie choices, load balancing and fraud prevention. These are always on and do not require consent.
- Functional: remember your preferences (for example, language, theme and dismissed messages) and keep your demo session in progress. Used where you enable them or where they are needed for a feature you request.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Sites (pages visited, time on page, where visitors come from) so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
- Advertising: measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show our ads to people who visited our Sites, through advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. These are used only with your consent. We do not use advertising cookies in the C2R.ai (Clientor) dashboard.
3. Cookies we set
- Consent preference (first-party, necessary): stores your cookie choices; 12 months.
- Session and security (first-party, necessary): keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse; session or up to 30 days.
- Authentication (Clerk, necessary, dashboard only): manage your sign-in session; session or as set by your sign-in choice.
- Demo session (first-party, functional): keeps your demo progress; 24 hours.
- Security and performance (Cloudflare, necessary): bot protection and traffic routing; up to 30 minutes for most, up to 12 months for bot-management cookies.
- Google Analytics (Google, analytics): distinguish visitors and sessions; up to 13 months.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, only if enabled on the Sites): measure ad conversions and build remarketing audiences; up to 13 months.
The cookie banner's settings panel lists each cookie currently in use with its provider, purpose and duration.
4. Your choices
4.1 Cookie banner. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. "Reject" is as easy as "Accept". Non-essential cookies are not set until you make a choice that allows them.
4.2 Change your mind. You can change your choices at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
4.3 Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
4.4 Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working.
4.5 Google tools. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage Google ad personalization in your Google account settings.
5. Changes
We will update this Policy when we change the cookies we use and will ask for your consent again where required.
